NOMO Shipping Policy

Shipping Within Australia

We offer shipping across Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $12 for all orders.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Metro areas: 3-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Australia only. We cannot ship to PO boxes for certain items.
