We dispatch same-day on all orders made before 1:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders processed in Australia will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All stainless steel items can be washed in warm soapy water or placed in the dishwasher. For the longest life, we recommend a soft sponge and mild detergent.

Absolutely. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days. Items just need to be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
