Your NOMO pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel and durable materials designed for everyday use. With the right care, they are made to last for many years.

With everyday use, you may begin to notice light surface scratches on the stainless steel. This is completely normal and simply reflects the natural durability of the material when used daily. Rest assured, these marks are cosmetic only and do not affect the safety, performance, or longevity of your NOMO pieces. Unlike plastic products that can degrade over time and release microplastics, stainless steel remains stable and safe for long-term use. Small signs of wear are simply part of using well-made materials designed to last.

To preserve the integrity of the double-wall design, we recommend avoiding leaving pieces submerged in warm or hot water for extended periods.

Stainless steel may occasionally develop water spots or light marks after washing. This is completely normal and does not affect the safety or performance of your NOMO pieces.  To restore shine, simply wash with warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. A small amount of vinegar or olive oil can help remove mineral spots.

The silicone sleeves are removable for easy cleaning.

NOMO TOTS pieces are packaged directly from the manufacturer. As part of the stainless steel polishing process, you may notice a small amount of black polishing residue on the inside of the silicone components. This is a harmless manufacturing residue and will lift easily after the first few washes with warm water and mild dish soap.
