Dry body brushing activates the lymphatic system which is great for circulation and pumping blood through your skin, to regenerate the cells and reduce appearance of cellulite .

I’ve been using this dry brush and have noticed a real difference in my circulation and skin texture.

How I use it:

• Start at the feet and brush upwards towards the heart

• Use long, gentle strokes on legs and arms

• Circular motions around the stomach

• Spend 3–5 minutes brushing before a shower

• Sometimes I do it while sitting in the sauna before rinsing off

Such a simple habit that helps me slow down and take a few minutes for myself.
